Today, I am at a total production capacity due to limited work space, electric, plumbing, refrigeration and storage. I work 7 days a week wearing every hat; chef, prep cook, dishwasher, marketer, phone person, etc. I now have more customers than I can physically handle, which is a good problem to have, but the reality is I’m missing calls daily. This has put a cap on my income, making it almost impossible to save the money needed to relocate, purchase equipment, and set up the necessary infrastructure.

To understand the drive behind my mission and why I created this fundraiser, you have to know where I’ve been. In 2018, the successful marketing and entertainment company that I built and ran for over 15 years was shut down. This created a domino effect that changed my life overnight. Because I am at a total production cap, I am physically unable to take on the extra orders needed to show the banks the revenue they want to see. I am generating enough to stay afloat and pay my bills, but I cannot bridge the $90,000 gap while stuck in this kitchen.
